Your subconscious mind wants you to drink - you've trained it to love alcohol. Now it's become autopilot - a habit. Unless you reach the deep rooted reasons as to why you drink, willpower will always seem like an up hill struggle.

What I do for you

My mission is simple. To stop you drinking. To break all the subconscious associations you've made with alcohol, and feel bloody amazing about YOU.

Since 2020 I have been helping people stop drinking. My approach is direct but compassionate. I don't need to explain where you're at right now, or how amazing you'll feel sober - you have a phone in your hand! The fact is you've been feeling this way for ages, and now you're reading this. Hypnosis is powerful, emotional and tough in places - but you're here for a reason.

It still fascinates me that people can stop drinking from a single session, hypnotherapy is different. Come ready to stop drinking, and with an open mind. Then we are pushing on an open door together.

How does hypnosis stop you drinking?

Hypnotherapy is quick, effective - and best of all, you don’t need endless sessions to see real change. All you need is a burning desire within you to want something different for yourself. When that desire is there, it’s like pushing on an open door.

Hypnotherapy works by closing your eyes and connecting with your subconscious mind - the part of you that runs on autopilot, shaped by years of habits, beliefs, and experiences. It's not willpower. It will shift deep rooted things inside you that you may not have even considered consciously.

Sessions are held over Zoom from the comfort of your own home, and recorded so you have something powerful to listen back to. Hypnotherapy helps you reset from the inside out.

One powerful session could be the start of a completely new path for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions answered.

What exactly happens in hypnotherapy?

In hypnotherapy, you close your eyes and we use focused attention to help you access a calm, receptive state of mind - similar to daydreaming. While you're fully aware and in control, this relaxed state allows us to work with your subconscious mind, where habits and emotional patterns are stored. Together, we reframe your relationship with alcohol, helping you let go of cravings and make lasting changes from the inside out.

Will I be asleep?

No, you will not be asleep during hypnotherapy. You are fully aware and in control of your thoughts and actions. It's a heightened state of focus and concentration, akin to being absorbed in a book, movie or driving. You will not lose consciousness or fall asleep.

Will I be made to do something I don't want?

No - never. Hypnotherapy isn’t about control; it’s about collaboration. You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. You can’t be made to do or say anything against your will. The process simply helps you access a focused, relaxed state where positive change becomes easier and more natural - always with your full consent.

What is the success rate?

I find the more a client wants to change, the more it will work. In recent years, hypnotherapy has received a lot of praise with many celebrities turning to it for help. Research and clinical evidence suggest that hypnotherapy can be effective for many people. Ultimately, the effectiveness of hypnotherapy hinges on the individual's commitment to the process and their willingness to engage in therapeutic work.

How many sessions will I need?

I stopped drinking alcohol from one session. Now that is what I help others do. I would encourage you to try one session, and if you need more you can. You don't need lots of it. If you feel you will need more support you can work with me for a month. That will be enough.

How often should I have the sessions?

Weekly is best. But with my monthly package I will also be in touch with you daily and also send you recordings to listen to in between. Its an intensive month to start you on your journey of sobriety.
